CBO: House health reform bill would cost $871 billion

New estimates from the Congressional Budget Office showed that House Democratic leaders' health reform proposal would cost $871 billion, less than the previous $1 trillion price tag. The estimates "enable us to make our choices knowing that whatever choice we make will reduce the deficit and will pay for the bill," says House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.
