Wingstop has seen sales soar for its boneless Buffalo wings, a trend that's proved positive for the chain but not for wing purists, according to one Wall Street Journal blog. "We are unimpressed when we occasionally hear the claim that classic Buffalo wings are difficult to eat. Aren't they worth the effort? Diners who fear hard work and sauce-on-shirt incidents can always turn to simpler fare like salads."
