Texas hospital boosts nurse training through technology

The Midland Memorial Hospital in Texas implemented Decision Critical, an all-electronic system that monitors its nurses' training and competency and assigns them tasks based on their expertise. The system also allows nurses to identify their own strengths and weaknesses to gain additional training where necessary.
