W.Va. federal courthouse to get new roof, solar panels

A federal courthouse in Charleston, W.Va., is undergoing a $5 million renovation funded by the federal stimulus. Plans include replacing the roof on the 12-year-old Robert C. Byrd U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building and installing a solar-panel system capable of generating 90,000 kilowatt hours a year.
