Germany and France say pact isn't possible by Sunday's deadline

Germany and France have started disagreeing on much of the plans being discussed to resolve Europe's debt crisis, making it increasingly likely that leaders will not strike a deal by Sunday's deadline. German Chancellor Angela Merkel and French President Nicolas Sarkozy vowed to come up with a comprehensive plan at a second summit, to be held next week.
