Restaurateurs reach an uneasy truce with Yelp

Restaurant operators and chefs have largely come to terms with operating in the era of Yelp and many now say not responding to scurrilous negative reviews is the most pragmatic way to cope. "I've learned not to talk. When I do, I get horrible reviews," said one restaurant owner.
