Top chefs tackle airline food

Chefs Marcus Samuelsson and Richard Sandoval have created menus being served aboard American Airlines. The menu created by Samuelsson is offered on domestic flights longer than two hours and includes a smoked turkey sandwich with apple-cranberry-ginger chutney; Sandoval's menu, offered on European flights, includes halibut with truffle corn salsa and sweet potato puree.
