EPA reschedules feedback-gathering sessions on proposed power-plant regulations

The federal government shutdown canceled scheduled "listening sessions" of the Environmental Protection Agency in Boston and Philadelphia. They have been rescheduled to November so that the public can give its feedback about the EPA's proposed new regulations regarding emissions from coal-fired power plants.
