Pizza Hut U.K.'s new owners plan massive overhaul

The private equity firm that acquired Pizza Hut's 330 U.K. restaurants last year will invest £60 million to redesign the stores with the goal of making them profitable again in the next several years. Rutland Partners will refurbish at least 80 units next year, with open-plan kitchens and improvements to signature features including the lunchtime buffet and salad bar, Managing Director Jens Hofma said.
