Objections raised in possible Poland Spring settlement

Under the proposed $12 million lawsuit settlement, Nestle's Poland Spring brand would admit no wrongdoing regarding charges that its bottled water isn't "naturally pure spring water from the Maine woods." Attorneys representing the plaintiffs argue the settlement does not provide adequate compensation, nor were customers given enough notice of the settlement.
