Demand for aerospace parts helps push Honeywell profit up 8%

Honeywell International said demand for aerospace and car parts pushed its third-quarter profits up 8% to $372 million. The company's forecast for the fourth quarter fell below analysts' expectations, causing the stock to fall. Honeywell said its aerospace business continues to improve as airlines bring grounded planes back into service.
