Florida students, teachers support proposed anti-bullying bill

In Miami, advocates say the proposed Dignity for All Students Act would strengthen existing zero-tolerance policies by requiring schools to report discrimination cases and train teachers to recognize harassment. Similar bills introduced in the Florida legislature during the past two years have failed to win passage.
