IHG tests waters on Crowne Plaza makeover

InterContinental Hotels Group is working to revamp its Crowne Plaza brand with changes to public spaces and food and beverage services at a selection of hotels in the U.S. during a six-month period. The changes are designed to eventually lead to a global makeover for the chain as IHG works to set Crowne Plaza apart from its business travel competition.
