Federal investigators want to know why a Delta Air Lines flight from Brazil landed on a taxiway at Atlanta's Hartsfield International Airport shortly after the pilot announced an unspecified medical emergency. The Boeing 767 with 195 passengers and crew landed on "taxiway M right" rather than runway 27. An FAA spokeswoman said taxiway landings are extremely rare. "None of us here, anecdotally, can remember this happening," she said.
