Philips Healthcare gets FDA letter over manufacturing problems

The FDA issued a warning letter saying it found violations of manufacturing regulations at Philips Healthcare's facility in Andover, Mass., during an inspection from January to March. Philips Healthcare "has been cooperative and responsive to all of FDA's requests, from the beginning of the inspection onward, providing detailed responses and offering documents to the FDA during and after the inspection," a company spokesman said.
