Construction to begin on Nevada clean-energy line

Officials are planning to break ground soon on a high-voltage transmission line intended to deliver clean energy across Nevada. The "ON Line" project will stretch 235 miles, providing a 500-kilovolt conduit shipping renewable energy from low-population production zones to the more densely populated areas where the energy is most needed.
