EPA gives California $274M for water projects

California is to receive $274 million in federal funding for a range of water and sewer upgrades. The EPA will award the state $127 million for drinking-water projects and $147 million for wastewater treatment projects; at least 20% of the cash must be spent on green-infrastructure and conservation projects.
