Inclusive preschool program aims to raise the bar for all students

A preschool program for students with disabilities in Upper Township, N.J., has steadily expanded into an inclusion program by adding a lottery and charging tuition for students without disabilities. The move has benefited all students, according to officials. "We are raising the bar for all children today right from the start," the school's principal said.
