More small businesses are ready to shop around for a new bank

Small businesses report declining levels of satisfaction and loyalty in their banking relationships, according to a study by J.D. Power and Associates. Since 2008, the proportion of small-business owners saying they "definitely will" stick with their bank has dropped by 15 percentage points. Among the frustrations cited: surprise fees and lack of access to capital.
