Air Canada averts strike by flight attendants

The union representing Air Canada's flight attendants agreed to binding arbitration with the carrier, eliminating the threat of a strike. "Air Canada is pleased to have a process in place whereby we can avoid any disruption of service and eliminate uncertainty for our customers," said Executive Vice President Duncan Dee.
