Social media analysis finds American Airlines is "most hated" carrier

Social media analytics company Amplicate has named American Airlines as the world's "most hated" airline. The firm found that only 12% of the airline's Twitter and Facebook mentions were positive, with negative comments accounting for 57% of social mentions. British Airways was the "most-loved" airline on social channels, followed by Virgin America, Garuda, JetBlue and Southwest, Amplicate found.
