Obama, Romney campaigns are close to a draw, poll finds

President Barack Obama and Republican challenger Mitt Romney have battled almost to a tie, according to The Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll. Each candidate has the support of 47% of likely voters. Among registered voters, Obama leads 49% to Romney's 44%. Calculations for the Electoral College indicate that Romney must be win more battleground states than Obama.
