AGC's Simonson: Wyo.'s lack of skilled workers is a concern

Wyoming has "always been a boom-and-bust state" as far as construction goes, according to AGC chief economist Ken Simonson. As a result, he says, "it's very hard to hang on to young people and to skilled and experienced workers." This has led to contractors having a hard time finding the skilled workers they now need as projects ramp up.
