CIA students put West Point cadets through culinary boot camp

A new day exchange program between the CIA and the West Point military academy gives each group a chance to see how the other lives. CIA students last week showed West Point cadets the rules of the kitchen, working as a team to prepare a gourmet dinner of foie gras, pumpkin soup and apple strudel made with Hudson Valley ingredients.
