Go virtual to improve your brainstorming sessions

When it's time to brainstorm, it's not always a good idea to gather everyone around a table, W. Wayne Turmel writes. Sometimes it's better to hold virtual brainstorming sessions or to share ideas through e-mail chains to give people time and space to reflect on and frame their ideas. "Some people are simply more comfortable sharing their thoughts and ideas when they aren't sitting face-to-face with co-workers," Turmel notes.
