Garry Jones, chief executive of the London Metal Exchange, plans to modernize the exchange, expand options trading and launch a clearinghouse. Jones' expansion plans also include expanding the LME's operations out of Asia and could include moving into bigger offices. "We may have to move into a new building because of the growth of our business and staff, we're bursting at the seams," Jones said. "It's just obvious to me that we need more space."
