McDonald's plans ad push for its expanded dollar menu

McDonald's next month will nationally roll out its Dollar Menu & More expanded value menu, backed by an ad campaign from DDB Chicago. The new menu offers additional price points aimed at "stressed" consumers, and it allows for some "pricing flexibility" at franchisees that have been questioning the profitability of some dollar-menu items in light of increased food costs.
