More tech experts are enlisted to help fix ACA website

Computer experts from government and private firms have been enlisted to help fix technical problems and make improvements to the federally run health insurance exchange site, HealthCare.gov, the HHS said in a blog post on Sunday. "The initial consumer experience of HealthCare.gov has not lived up to the expectations of the American people. We are committed to doing better," the post said.
