Powerful women discuss leadership, work-life balance at Fortune summit

Attendees of Fortune magazine's 15th annual Most Powerful Women Summit discussed topics such as work-life balance, leadership and the nature of success. The wide range of topics was reflective of women's broad view of the world, according to Pattie Sellers, a senior editor with Fortune. "Women naturally think about their lives more holistically," she said. "Success for women tends to be broader." Xerox CEO Ursula Burns and designer Tory Burch both made comments to the same effect.
