Up-and-comers on crash course with high blood pressure

Young adult males with type-A personalities have a higher risk of developing high blood pressure. A study suggests exercise, which lowers blood pressure and improves the heart muscle, could reduce stress and help with the negative effects -- impatience and hostility -- of type-A personalities.
