British teachers refusing to teach unruly students

The National Association of Schoolmasters Union of Women Teachers has organized ballots in 25 schools since the start of the school year to refuse to teach pupils who exhibit violent behavior. Education Minister Ivan Lewis says the government is introducing reforms to hold parents accountable and make the appeals process more supportive of headteachers.
