Los Angeles concert hall may spark downtown development

Los Angeles' new Frank Gehry-designed Walt Disney Concert Hall, which opened Monday, may give the city of suburbs a focus for its downtown. The concert hall is part of a $1.25 billion downtown development project which will include residences, retail, other entertainment venues and parks.
