Students in an entrepreneurship class at Riverside Brookfield (Ill.) High School are operating the off-campus Cyberdog Cafe coffeehouse and The Paw Cafe sandwich shop, using business plans derived from local restaurants. Their clientele includes commuters, employees from a nearby zoo and elementary schoolchildren.
