The people of Plymouth, Wis., and all of Sheboygan County welcomed last week's news of Masters Gallery's plans for an $8 million expansion, as well as the previous announcement that Sartori Foods would undergo a $15 million expansion project, The Sheboygan Press writes. The expansions, spurred by the increased demand for specialty cheeses and Plymouth cheese makers' ability to produce them, prove that Wisconsin's future as a cheese maker is bright, the editorial adds.
