Louisiana senator holds up NFIP reform bill

Sen. Mary Landrieu, D-La., has filed a hold on a bill intended to reform the National Flood Insurance Program, saying it includes unacceptably high rate increases that could hurt her constituents. A spokeswoman said the senator supports the language of the House version of the bill.
