Studies: Chemotherapy ineffective for some breast cancers

Chemotherapy may not be effective for some young women with estrogen receptor-positive breast cancers and should not be the only adjuvant therapy, according to a review of studies. Researchers say hormone responsiveness is crucial for developing tailored therapy for these patients.
