University cuisine goes global

The Sodexho Global Chef Program invites executive chefs from other countries to cook meals at U.S. universities and teach campus chefs to prepare international cuisine. Chef Juan Carlos Barzola will visit 10 universities this month to share his knowledge of Peruvian food, which he says fuses French, Japanese, African, Asian and Arabic flavors.
