ATA finds passenger yields up 12.5% in September

The Air Transport Association says domestic passenger yields at U.S. airlines rose 12.5% in September. Excluding taxes and fees, the average passenger flying domestically paid 16.06 cents per mile flown in September, compared to 15.5 cents per mile in August.
