Florida utility fighting twice-a-week watering

The South Florida Water Management District's plan to make twice-a-week watering limits permanent might run into some resistance. The Seacoast Utility Authority in northern Palm Beach County plans to file a legal challenge against the state. The restrictions will cost Seacoast more than $200,000 a month.
