Don't automatically reject applicants with bad credit

Employers shouldn't reject a job candidate just because a credit check turns up a poor score, Josh Letourneau writes. While some jobs might demand a stellar credit background, most do not. Because issues such as divorce or identify theft can hurt credit scores, check into the reasons behind a low score before rejecting a candidate.
