Lawsuit alleges abuse of guest-worker program

A group of U.S. and immigrant workers has filed a lawsuit alleging that two companies abused a H2-B nonagricultural guest-worker program. In their lawsuit, the workers allege, among other things, that the companies incorrectly stated that U.S. workers declined job offers. The defendants in the lawsuit deny any wrongdoing.
