Nokia puts hopes in location, location, location

Nokia is betting that its investments in mapping/geolocation services will give the company an edge in providing advanced location-based services on devices such as its Booklet 3G netbook, according to industry observers who say the handset maker might be on the right track. In an interview, Michael Halbherr, a Nokia vice president, explains the company's strategy and challenges for introducing indoor-based LBS.
