Omnicom hit on reduced client spending

Ad holding group Omnicom reported a 23% drop in Q3 profit, netting $165.6 million, on a 14% decline in quarterly revenue, which totaled $2.84 billion. Chief executive John Wren told analysts, "Client spending, while significantly down from 2008, is showing signs of stability."
