Pennsylvania School for the Deaf takes on bullying

Students at the Pennsylvania School for the Deaf performed an original rap at a school rally to kick off a schoolwide anti-bullying program. The school had all students sign an anti-bullying pledge and is offering training to students, staff and parents. The increasing use of text messaging and social networking among students who cannot hear poses unique challenges for teachers and parents aiming to curb bullying behavior, school officials said.
