Colo. melon growers to plead guilty, place blame on auditor

Colorado melon growers Eric and Ryan Jensen were scheduled to enter guilty pleas today in exchange for lighter sentences on charges stemming from a 2011 Listeria outbreak that killed 33 people. The brothers are suing third-party auditor PrimusLabs, saying the auditor erroneously gave the fruit facility a "superior" rating.
