Former banker challenges U.K. derivatives criticism

Former JPMorgan Chase banker Achilles Macris is challenging findings by the U.K. Financial Conduct Authority that criticize his actions related to derivatives losses incurred by the bank. Despite not being mentioned by name, Macris says he was clearly identified by the FCA and thus had a legal right to respond to the report before it was published.
