Kaiser survey finds most states have hiked Medicaid pay

A Kaiser Family Foundation survey found almost all states have now raised Medicaid reimbursements for primary care to Medicare levels. Matt Salo, executive director of the National Association of Medicaid Directors, questioned whether the pay increases, while welcome, would be enough to increase the number of Medicaid patients seen by primary care practitioners.
