San Antonio housing agency could increase neighborhood's health services

The San Antonio Housing Authority is considering spending money from a federal Choice Neighborhoods grant to increase medical facilities on the city's East Side. Critics have long complained of a lack of health options in the neighborhood, and community leaders and physicians are pushing for a hospital, urgent-care center and birthing center for the area.
