Developer gets permission for Aberdeen office park

Rockville, Md., developer Opus East has received permission to build a 2 million-square-foot office and research park on the Army's Aberdeen Proving Ground, north of Baltimore. The Government and Technology Enterprise project will include a first phase of a three-story office building and a one-story flex building for office or industrial use.
