AOL CEO Randy Falco explains the company's shift from a subscription-based model to an ad-driven one, providing details on what he views as AOL's three main segments: publishing; the Platform A ad unit; and its core dial-up Web access service. "It's hard for employees to grasp everything we're trying to do; it's hard on everyone," Falco said. "But it's necessary if there's going to be an AOL in the future."
